We collect your name, email, date of birth and phone number to verify your identity and comply with local law. When you add a payment method — DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS — we also link that to your account for deposits and withdrawals. We do not store full payment credentials on our servers.

We retain your records for the minimum period required by applicable law in your region. After that, personal data is deleted or anonymised. Transaction records needed for compliance or dispute resolution are kept longer and flagged as archived, not active.
Contact our support team via chat or email and provide your transaction ID. We investigate within five business days, check payment gateway records and your account statement, and report the outcome. Disputes with DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS are escalated to the payment partner if needed.
Your account and payment data are encrypted and stored on secure servers. We never sell or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers. Payment methods are processed by licensed third-party gateways under their own security standards, not by us.
